I almost don't have any words for what's going on in our world right now. It's been hard on many levels.
As a Time Management Coach, I'm fully aware that time management has very little to do with managing time.
It has a lot more to do with managing what's going on around us.
Time itself can't really be managed. There's 24 hours of it each day, so that's that. We can't make it go faster or slower or add anything to it.
What we can do is pretty powerful, though. We can dig deep, envision how we want to use the time we're given, and create a plan to make it happen.

Here's a simple plan. Draw three circles on a piece of paper and label them RELATIONSHIPS, WORK, and SELF. Each morning write one thing is each circle that needs your time and attention most that day.
Then just do it.
I know it seems simple, but that's the point.
Our world is slowly starting to open back up and until we all get our bearings and find out what our new normal looks like, let's keep it simple and balanced.
